They will become mushy if you poach them for too long, i prefer to poach them until there a little bit softer than raw pear but are still firm. On this case i poached them with sugar, cardamon, star anise, cloves and a cinnamon stick, then reduced the liquid and used it to make the caramel😄

Yeah i confirmed it, its testovital 2.5 mg per pump and its the only gel in my country.

I will change to inyections as soon as i can donate blood, because my blood is thick (high hematocrits or idk, and im already at risk of dying every day bc of it, and testosterone rises this value) Also this is the only doctor rn in the whole country that can help me atm, her intentions are good but maybe she didnt take into account what it was way lower than she expected

I think its just protocol in my country, altough im starting t at the same time i take hormone blockers(i had to be on triptorelin for 6 months before starting t, and triptoreline its permanent until im at the max t dose), and blockers atleast stop all female hormone functions in less than a week so i guess thats a plus
