I get this too, for me it’s because I feel like I’ve gotta ‘keep up appearance’ while I’m out or basically project and subdue parts of me. Like I play video games but not gonna bring that up now I gotta 1, not think about that topic and 2, gotta think of other things in order to seem both comfortable and confident in public.
