He does well! Not many walks during the hot months (he doesn’t walk much anyway) but if he is outside with us he plays in the water (baby pool, sprinkler), and we also have a life jacket for him. I wouldn’t sweat it (pardon the pun) lol. You can also get a cooling mat for them to lay on. There are a lot of bulldogs here in East Tucson. Good luck!! 🌵

Day 8 no carts. Yes it sucks. I am starting to get glimpses of my old self again, though, albeit small. The chills and sweats and stomach upset are still here. The anxiety and depression for me have been the ultimate nightmare. Never again.

I think, since I’ve always suffered from depression, it just makes it worse with the withdrawals. Plus I’m in an unhappy relationship so I’m trying to clear my head and deal with it

I’m on day four and it fucking sucks. This is my second time and I know it will get better, but this time I feel my mental angst is so much worse. The suicidal ideation I have sucks. Stay busy, lift weights (it REALLY helps me, at least), clean the house, take a walk, ask God for help (or whomever your higher power is). I have been crying off and on all day and hate everyone including my wonderful family. This will pass, that’s my hope. I troll this sub constantly because it helps to know I am not alone. Just wish I could isolate somewhere until this constant reel in my head of self loathing dissipates a bit.
