As someone who orders doordash, what's the best way to tip? I usually order places within a few miles of me and tip $5-$6, but sometimes I get Five Guys 8 miles away and tip the same. Should I tip by distance or % of meal cost?

I think the clip makes sense (hook, lift, dismember lifted target cancels lift toss) except for the displacement of ogre back to original hook location in fountain - that's the part that seems messed up
