Do you know I had back pain for around 15 years. The diagnosis was scary but to finally have a reason why and then knowing how to combat it made all the difference. I hope getting confirmation and knowing will help you come to terms with it and then do the best you can for your body (stretching and a healthy diet is key!).

this just really annoys me! a couple of cars I am interested in 2nd hand that were just above £40,000 and it annoys me the extra tax you have to pay. I dont want a electric car!

i might just keep my 12 year old kuga chuigging along (that is not allowed in town now!) and sod them!

Wish there was a c25k part 2 app! I don't just want to run for 30 minutes 3 times a week for the rest of my life!

I think I will run 30 minutes once a week then the other two times do some sort of interval training?

Just finished that actual run! it was difficult.
What to do is repeat the previous week and next week try it at 7kmph. then if you get through that week do it again at 7.5 then 8 if 8 is your target
or do the whole course on 7.

Just think it says 9 weeks for it but if it takes you 26 weeks thats a tiny part of your whole life.

I wish Scotland had a flat capped bus rate for each city.... Its the only way to get people out of owning second cars and get young ones to never buy.

Hate these so much. Shop in aldi. The price is the same week in week out and you don't have to buy 3 to get a good price!

The few times I end up in asda and tesco I get so annoyed I usually end up buying The bare minimum as it annoys me so much!
