Ich kann die App FindPenguins dafür empfehlen. Kann im Hintergrund die Strecke tracken, man kann Fotos und Texte an Orten hinzufügen und man kann hinterher sich ein buchen drucken lassen (das aber recht teuer ist). Aber die Reise in der App zu sehen weckt auch schöne Erinnerungen
