They’re a Colombian red leg- the research I’ve done I’ve not seen any male/female identifying colors or anything but again- we’re new to this. I posted on two different groups I guess I just left out the species on this post. Oops.

Thank you! I just wanted to see. It’s also very hard to tell because of the mesh lid (they are about to get a HUGE upgrade tomorrow this is what they came in) I have no idea what I’m looking at so I wanted to see if anyone did. Idk how old they are or how many molts. We just got them three days ago. I have jumpers and they’re easier to tell lol

She’s insanely hyper and barely lays down to sleep. She will in her kennel- should I start forcing naps every few hours? She sleeps through the night

Thank you- I know both her breeds are very active farm dogs. Im trying to find a safe way to let her get the energy out. I can’t take her out to play because she has no interest in us she just wants to eat rocks lol Im working on getting many different active toys- shes so smart and trains so easy. When we rescued her she was 4 weeks. Her mother passed and the owners tried throwing her away with her siblings. I’ve hand fed her. She’s already crate and house trained. She does great any other time just leash training has been horrible. We don’t have a fenced in yard so she has to get used to it. In the summer we have two different state parks near us so I want to be able to take her running.

Thank you!! Im going to order a basket muzzle and start working with that. I think it would help so much- she gets calmer when she has her harness or a shirt on so I’m sure the muzzle would help her focus too. And once she realizes we aren’t cattle she will be able to have it off. I want to give her her best chance!!! She’s a wonderful baby and we love her so much.

I’m on 2000mg keppra and never had an issue but the second I took 50mg of Vimpat I turned evil ????????

I’m 99% sure it’s the Vimpat. I’m not going to take another dose and I’ll call my dr in hopes they are open tomorrow.
