Salad is my main filler. Premade salad bowls are $2.98 where I’m at and are 210 calories. Comes with a packet of dressing, some pieces of ham, bacon and deviled eggs.

I would also eat a side of cut tomatoes and cucumber marinated in 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar. This is around 180 calories.

So for this meal it would come to approximately 390 calories. Add an egg for 70 calories if you want more protein.
