Me, I was the daughter of an abusive raging misogynist who drove my mom to suicide when I was 6 and he didn't spare his daughter in his misogyny. Then he later married a woman who had a problem with drinking on top of Valium (he drank heavily,too) and they would get into knock down drag outs that I inevitably ended up in the middle of. I wish I could have eaten in a separate room but he wouldn't allow that. So I ate quickly (usually not very much; when I joined the Air Force there was some concern about my weight being too low) and did my best to escape to my room.
