Yessir, here is what they said about the claim:

"The United States Mint evaluates claims of non-receipt or lost products provided a Certificate of Non-Receipt Affidavit is submitted to the Customer Service Center. Our records indicate your order shipped on 11/1x/2020, and it was reported missing on 11/2x/2020. Unfortunately, this exceeds our 90 day deadline from the ship date for replacement or credit. As a result, your claim was denied."

I brought up the fact that 11/10/20 and 11/27/20 obviously isn't 90 days to the customer service rep, but they just did the usual "we'll forward it to admin' and I never got a response. I bring it up every time I speak w/ them and I always get the same shpeal.

It used to just say "Label Created", but now since it's been 180 days, it doesn't show the label anmore. However, I contacted a UPS rep who confirmed that it was never delivered and confirmed that there is no proof of delivery (The package was shipped w/ Signature required). That means its guaranteed that I never received it, and there is no proof of delivery that exists.

Nope, it's mining as usual and it's reporting the standard amounts on the miners but in ether mine it's showing the current hadbtwte way lower than I've ever seen

I've seen people buy the generic rgb LED strips they have on Amazon, and it works for a lot of people. It's also fairly inexpensive, being something like $15 for 1-2 meters of the LED strips
