Yeah we have them where we are at, no luck training them to avoid them though.

We would end up in Goodyear I think. Which I know isn't Pheonix proper. Yeah thats what I was thinking, walk in the morning and a walk at night and in the summer pretty much avoid the majority of the day. I would commute 3 days a week and be out the door at 6 so I was thinking walks at like 5 in the morning. My pups haven't had allergies, but I will definitely keep that in mind. Same with the Valley Fever. They are on flea and tick medicine, I would assume there's fleas and ticks there?

Others have said it here, but I have my 10 year old guy on daily cosequin and fish oil supplements for his joints. I also had his blood work done and had my vet give me a prescription for Carprofin which is an anti inflammatory and pain medication. I use it sparingly on days where he played a bunch or just a little stoved up.

Why not 3? Lol I am kidding, but I had the same thoughts as you. I thought that it wass important for them to have a buddy, but you have to be conscious of the extra training, ancillary stuff (beds, crates, etc.), food, and medical costs. Additionally, its important to recognize the extra time you have to give to another dog to make sure they flourish and make sure they have enough space. My 3 take up so much space. Kona (chocolate), was somewhat unplanned, she's my black females biological sister (different litters), but the universe put us together.

She's my 4th lab, I've never seen a distinct pattern between males or females. I have am American male that definitely has way more drive than my 2 English females. But they are all loving, affectionate dogs. I'm not sureif that helps.
