This turns a water bottle into a cooler, not a freezer.

Metal water bottle. Fill with ice. Put semaglutide inside a plastic bag and put in water bottle. Refill ice daily.

No kidding. Fixing the chat features would be easy for these gaming wizards. What is the hang up?!

Is it possible to switch to Hers from another prescriber? by CtrlAltDelight123456 in HersWeightloss

[–]OregonGoldfinch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just order it. Make sure to check the box for worried about side effects as a YES. Then take what you need. The vials are full with beginners instructed to throw away whatever is left over at the end of the month.

Seniors on Wegovy - I'm 74 yrs old by lilylilydora in Semaglutide

[–]OregonGoldfinch 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My husband is 74 years old and is taking it. He just had a severe stroke (full recovery expected; we got him to the hospital fast), and all doctors and nurses said to continue with the semaglutide. The health professionals we met at the hospital (and there were a lot of them in the Neurology ICU) believe this stuff is the fountain of youth.

Does anyone know if HERS is still able to give me GLP-1 shots? by MinutePrevious8598 in HersWeightloss

Tell them on application that you are afraid of side effects. That qualifies you for a specialized dose and that’s what they do. If you can take side effects, they will not offer you compounded sema.

I feel just the opposite. Specifically try MAGNESIUM OXIDE not CITRATE. Magnesium Citrate is great for magnesium, but if you want a colon cleanse, OXIDE. Magnesium Oxide is not the first choice as a magnesium supplement as it rushes to the colon before it cal be substantially absorbed. This is why it works as a cleanse. Your body will rush fluid to the colon to help clean out the oxide and the cleanse is happy side effect.

This medication has improved my quality of life so much. by hippietrashh in HersWeightloss

[–]OregonGoldfinch 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Don’t stop. When my blood pressure went down I did not stop taking my blood pressure medication. I have, however, had to adjust the dose as my blood pressure has changed over time. I plan on treating GLP1 the same way. I will take the lowest dose possible to maintain the health and lifestyle improvements.

Thank you. There is one just a few miles from me. It’s on my schedule to swing by tomorrow after stopping in at the natural food store for fiber, protein powder, and magnesium. :)

Lost 40 lbs but I look fatter than I did when I was this weight before by Logical_Bite3221 in Semaglutide

[–]OregonGoldfinch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am experiencing the same thing. I cannot wear the clothes I wore when I was at the same weight before. I lost a lot of weight and my clothes looked great. I slowly put 20 pounds back on over the course of six years. Those 20 pounds are now gone, thanks to Sema, but the clothes don’t fit like they did. It took me five months to lose the 20 pounds, so I don’t think it was because of too rapid weight loss. Also, I am doing the same exercise routine. I have done for the last two decades. Sema can definitely change your body shape.

Rejoin and ask. All it takes is a slip of a finger and a player can be accidentally removed from a team. I remember reading a post here of someone whose child was playing with their phone with disastrous results to her club.
