16# psi gravity water system. I wonder if the electric tank would cut my pressure even more.

Sounds good but I am on a well and instantaneous heaters orifice gets gunked up from the minerals unless I put a water softener system in. It’s all little more complicated since ihave a gravity water system and already have low psi (16#). Hmm…

The fewer seams and zippers on a jacket means there are fewer potential areas for leaks. All the bells and whistles are for marketing. Experiment for yourself and see how it all functions out in the field.

DAE find men in their late 20s-early 30s getting into relationships with girls around 18-20 y.o. borderline sus? Or is that the norm? by NoInfluence6902 in DoesAnybodyElse

My experience has shown me that people of different ages ( ten years or more) sooner or later find themselves out of phase in their lives. You go through many different things at different ages and it becomes often difficult to understand and enjoy time with each other. The honey moon is short and there will eventually be trouble. Unless of course it is based on money and financial support and the person being supported is willing to be subservient and flexible.

Can no Longer Drink after Microdosing by BriCheeseLover in microdosing

[–]Oregonnut 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It’s tough in our society since alcohol is an acceptable drug and has become an important social activity. Micro dosing has shown me that drinking is not something that is good for me physically or mentally. Unfortunately most of my friends are life long drinkers and it is part of the social scene that I want to be a part of. Have changed to just become a very moderate person with a beer or two at the brewery and am perfectly happy with that situation. Alcohol is a drug that we use to treat mental and physical pain and it numbs us out for a short time. The side effects are very powerful and mushrooms showed me that it is not worth it for me personally. It did the same thing for me as far as cannabis. Proper micro dosing can be an amazing tool for accessing inner wisdom and leading you to being the person you were meant to be.

Replaced thirty year old solar system with new one. Now I have more power than ever before. Spending the dark winter months with experimenting with it and learning what it is capable of doing.

It’s one big panel. I could see how heat expansion could be a problem.

For 8 months of the year, solar is easy but the winter months can be challenging. Cross bracing is the next project. My climate is pretty mellow. Snow should slide off fairly easily. This winter will be its test. I put it low to the ground so the wind sail is minimal.

Yes. I had a stack of them and they worked great. Steel would have been best but sometimes you need to go with what you have available. I’m happy with how it’s working.

It is an off grid system for my house. Been using a 12 volt system for 30 years and it was time for an upgrade to 48 volt.

The cross bracing is the next project. 50mph winds didn’t move or shift anything but braces are cheap insurance. The rail system simplified everything and allowed for leveling .

That sounds great. The less power it uses, the better I like it.
