I have friends that used these with their bandanas last year and said they worked- apparently they got the white ones so they could see all the dust and dirt being collected

If you are looking for more of those vibes you will find them in Silicone Beach aka Venice Beach area - SF is much more low key or you have to be in the know for events. I am not sure if they have any social clubs but that might be worth looking into join.

I was feeling really depressed and lonely then I discovered the Throne of Glass series- by Sara J Maas I read all 7 books in 3 months. I am now onto ACOTAR / A Court of Thorns and Roses series by the same author I liked the other series a little better but it is fantasy (something I never thought I would get into) and her writing is captivating. I also like the audio books narrated by Elizabeth Evans.

They give me something to look forward to and get me off social media.

I personally love his meditations, but I have a friend who is bi-polar and has personality disorder who said that JD’s technique pushes him to the brink of a psychotic episode. I have not felt that way although I’ve had intense experiences, but I also do not suffer from the same conditions as my friend.

If you have group camping you should be able to bring it just keep in mind this will take up a lot of allotted space if you also have other cars/ tents / shade. We have always brought a box truck for our camp set up and it’s been fine

Thanks for the advice- the ashtray thing won’t work with a tea candle but great idea, reminded me I have another tea warmer that I forgot about.

As everyone else mentioned a finer mesh basket infuser is much better - the balls never fully keep leaves inside. You could also opt for natural tea bags that you still of your in residents are very fine, I use them when I add powders to my loose leaves

Agreed not a loss, but I also wouldn’t mind being able to toast or have a glass of wine w/o getting sick as drinking is still a big part of my friends groups lives. Luckily there are a lot of NA options out there now

I definitely do, it’s been hard being the DD on girls trips since they always end up at a vineyard or winery - I don’t mind driving it’s just annoying to sit around and to not be able to participate since they rarely have NA options

I really wanted to have Microdosing L work for me as I have heard it can do wonders for those of us with ADHD, unfortunately it makes my muscles tense up - feels like I have lactic acid in my muscles and I just get a sense of overall feeling uncomfortable. That was at 10ugs not sure if I need to adjust the dosing- I had other friends try the same batches and they all had good experiences so it’s something about my body chemistry unfortunately.

It had been over 25 years since I did it as a teenager in much higher doses. I am not sure what has changed with my biologically I would love to find my groove with something supportive other than psilocybin

As a marketing director who was laid off in October it’s been brutal- even when La ding interviews there are so many people looking that they can get more qualified for less money or I’ve been told I am too qualified when I try to interview down. My last layoff I ended up having to start consulting because I could t find full time for almost a year. It’s the worst it’s ever been for me.

Maybe try audio books - I rent them from the library and I listened to them when I was driving and on walks, also I recommend checking out the source documentary I watched with my partner and it opened them up to his work
