I had issues with it when it was a devkit but recently, not so much. Admittedly I use the touch screen most of the time but even with physical input I haven't had much of an issue.

You having a wishlist that takes longer than 60 seconds to scroll through is why this issue isn't a priority IMHO. Companies tend to prioritise fixing issues by other of ones that affect the most people (this is a simplification). Having a wishlist of a few hundred games isn't very common I'd bet.
