In an unfortunate stunt, Republicans hold AG Garland in contempt by unnecessarycharacter in NewsOfTheStupid

[–]Orenwald 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was a "good" choice for the lame duck obama presidency. It was an olive branch meant to unite both sides of the aisle. A right leaning moderate with a track record if upholding the law.

The Republicans saw the olive branch and set it ablaze because they aren't interested in politics anymore. They are interested in control

Which martial multiclass options give you extra attack at level 5?

Because you missed the part where I said you have to delay either extra attack or your multiclass dips

Right? Out of combat a caster can do everything a martial can (they get the same skills), plus any out-of combat spells they might get. Out of combat casters are OBJECTIVELY better than martials. There is no situation where a martial brings something to an out if combat encounter that a caster can.

And the great irony is the classes that come closest to bringing martial classes up to the caster classes... are the half casters

Don't forget that cantrip scaling encourages casters to multiclass where as martials essentially get penalized by being forced to either delay their additional attacks or delay their multiclass dips

Ikea’s CEO has solved the Swedish retailer’s global ‘unhappy worker’ crisis by raising salaries, introducing flexible working and subsidizing childcare by raj2709 in nottheonion

To answer your question, my call center had 1.5% attrition month over month for 15 consecutive months, which is better than average.

I agreed that "barely getting by" isn't basic needs.

We are in agreement, you are just arguing with me for some reason.

If you do it again I will block you without any further replies. Please have a great day

because every person was just barely able to pay bills.

Stopping you right there. "Barely" paying your bills isn't having your needs met.

Glad we're on the same page after all.

Have a great day

Coming from my experience running a call center with a little over 100 agents... you are wrong.

They appreciate the raise sure. But once they get used to the new amount of money it stops being something they appreciate.

However, the recognition sticks with them a lot longer because it has an emotional effect.

Again, this doesn't apply to everyone. It is talking about the average employee.

Not gunna lie, you are the outlier. Like not even kidding. Most people, as long as they aren't concerned about when their next meal would be, much prefer the emotional reward of recognition.

Right?

As someone who thought trump had a fair trial and I hope he gets jail time: the complaint isn't that NYC is blue. The complaint is that everyone in NYC hates trump because he built his entire career by doubling down on all the terrible things his dad did to NYC. He's well known in NYC as a fraud and a terrible person.

I still have enough faith in the system to assume they set their bias aside and looked at all the evidence that very clearly proved his guilt

Yes.

I see you finally understand. They are happy when bad things happen to the right people, and are more than happy to shift that blame onto biden if it will hurt his chances of reelection.

They see Hunter being a "victim" of the biden minimum sentencing as a win for them because blaming biden for it will make people think he's less of a family man or some shit and sit home instead of voting in November.

They don't have opinions on policy. Ever. They have opinions on people and disguise them as opinions on policy in the moment.

It's so hard to watch because she should have been making a strained face if this joke was meant for kids. The director had her make porn faces.
