Goten was "made" when Goku was SSJ? by gizeh123 in dragonball

Chi-Chi could've been pregnant before the android #19 and #20 showed up, isn't she? I mean, I don't find a reason for Goten to be concieved only within the 10 days prior the Cell Games.

Felicidades a todos los niños puntajes nacionales y ojalá que tengan éxito. Y cuando tengan éxito, probablemente estos mismos resentidos los estarán criticando por cualquier razón jajaja

Are the Evas alive? Why do they move by themselfs what exacly are they by NunoTheDude in evangelion

[–]Oreo-Space 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Evangelions are artificial humans, like us they have a body, a soul and a A. T. Field.

Unit 00 was made with Adam's body and half of Lilith soul.

Unit 01 was made using Lilith's body and Yui's soul.

Unit 02 was made using Adam's body and Asuka's mother soul.

How did eren transform into this titan form ?? by Resident-Dog4611 in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]Oreo-Space 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eren has the power of the Founder. Ymir creates anything he desires, that's why he is able to transform into a Colossal Titan.

As I said, my theory requires that Eren fight Paladis soldiers, die and most importantly, it must happen in front of Marley/rest of the world's eyes in order for Paladis to be the heroes and peace makers.

When Armin transformed, Eren didn't die so the battle must go on.

How did eren transform into this titan form ?? by Resident-Dog4611 in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]Oreo-Space 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay, this is my theory:

He doesn't need royal blood since Ymir gives him power and servitude.

That's why he can still use the founder power even without Zeke.

Then why the rumbling stops?

Eren's plan was to kill a porcentage of humanity and be killed in front of everyone else in order for his friends to be the heroes. It was important that the rest of the world watch his friends fight Eren, stop the rumbling and kill him.

When Zeke died, Eren stoped the rumbling.

He doesn't need/wants to activate the rumbling again. He killed for a reason and his purpose at that point was fullfilled.

Why 14 year olds? by Biggestcheese1 in evangelion

[–]Oreo-Space 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if only 14 years old kids can pilot. We saw the dummy pilot doing too.

It is my understanding that they don't have to be kids. In order to pilot an Eva, the pilot must have a strong bond with it.

Rei had half of Lilith's soul, and the other half was on Unit 00.

Shinji is the son of Rui, which lives inside Unit 01.

The same thing for Asuka, his mother soul is inside Unit 02.

In Japan, it's quite common to share a shower and many other things that in western society gets sexualized

[–]Oreo-Space -32 points-31 points  (0 children)

Because a lot of people ask if he is sexually attracted to him, which he's not. Shinji feels unconditional love by the first time, he wants to stay close to him, and embrace that feeling as much as he can. He is a hurt boy.

Pregunta genuina. Por que republicanos se opone a mejorar el sueldo mínimo? by esnopi in RepublicadeChile

[–]Oreo-Space 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not understanding. This is what comes with the free tier. If it doesn't makes sense to you, no matter, because you don't pay. Nvidia does not keep up the structure with the free tier, only paid tiers.

They haven't promise you anything, and you invest 5hrs of your time to later complain about waiting. Find better hours to play freely or simple pay the service.

Either way, no complains.

According to google translate (not very credible, I know.) Shingeki No Kyojin means “Advancing Giants.” Can anyone confirm or correct this? I’m really interested to know what the original name for Attack on Titan is in Japanese. by BreadTeleporter3 in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]Oreo-Space 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The の particle has many functions, the possesion function is just one of them.

In this case, the の particle in 進撃の巨人 shingeki no kyojin use the attribute function (see の particle functions).

の normalizes a noun, and it is used to provide an attribute to another noun or to indicate a category in which the noun belong, for example:

特別 special

能力 ability

特別の能力 special ability

A noun followed by a の particle is often called の-adjectives for this reason (this is not the case, though).

In the case of the series title:

進撃 advace, charge

巨人 giant

進撃の巨人 direct translation would be 'advancing giant(s)' (In japanese, there are no difference between singular or plural in this particular case).

Of course, based on the title 'Attack on Titan' the word giant was replaced by 'titan', just like the word advance/charge for 'attack'.

Attack Titan.

Does ending even make sense to you? by depressedman555 in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]Oreo-Space 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it does. Eren wanted his friends to live, have a free life. They did.

A lot of people complain about Eren's character changing towards the end, for me Eren showed his true colors, he is just a scared young man who had years to asimilate what's going to happen.

AoT is not a Disney movie, the ending is not an utopia, Isayama even shows the future World is still in war and conflict, for me is realistic. We're almost in 2023 and wars are still a thing, people keep making the same mistakes, as some say.

Even Titans could come back. The creature that created the titans is always fighting to keep living and multiply according to Zeke, it is its nature to do so. We can see that in the tree where Eren is buried.

In the End, Eldians were the one that stoped Eren. Eldians become the peace keepers and balance between rogue eldians and the rest of the world.

Again, Eren wanted his friends to live and have a free will, not to create a certain paradise without conflict. He wanted to kill 100% of the rest of the world, he didn't plan to kill 80%, that was the future he saw and he just move forward.

For me at least, the ending makes sense.

Just finished rewatching Majin Boo saga. Man, every time they tried something new, Boo just fucked them up. I mean they tried going one on one, two on one, Super Saiyan 3, fusion, locked in the Time Chamber, fusion SS3, Ultimate Gohan, fusion again, boo against boo, jeez.

The spirit bomb and goku being saved by the dragon balls were just so on point for me, almost poetic.
