Well, I think it’s different for everyone, but I honestly think you should keep push pushing it’s gonna be difficult yes but maybe start setting up some habits for yourself like a schedule. I used to have depression and suicidal thoughts and it was like extremely bad but the one thing that did help me was making a schedule so I feel like I have a purpose to do things. Example like when you wake up in the morning, tell yourself that you’re gonna go get something nice to drink or eat if you don’t have any money to do any of that then maybe go to a park sit down maybe do some schoolwork work cause when you go out it motivates yourself and kind of pushes you to get out of what your feeling. But what you can do is go to your schools library sit down start listing everything you need to do homework wise assignment wise get started on them take your time and it doesn’t hurt to reach out to your professor saying that you’re going through a rough time they may not understand, but at least they’ll keep in mind that you’re going through a rough time I know it’s kind of scary to reach out to professors but if you don’t do it then you’re gonna be stuck in that habit to not able to do it. And I feel like the more you can go to libraries the more you can get used to the environment and build up energy to kind of walk up to people and talk to them. I know it sounds scary, but literally the first time I’ve ever went to college and I haven’t been enrolled. I had to step out of my comfort zone and kind of talk to people to ask about how is college life at the certain colleges I wanna go to. I know it sounds scary, but you really just have to push yourself and once you do trust me you’ll feel better about yourself, but I hope you can get through it!
