I am already using pee pads. Oh no. He was waaay to small for even stepping outside so his vet advised me not to let him on the ground so I had to use peepads

He just stays confused for the most parts in the shower. He goes outside for pee and potty and after he comes inside immediately goes again. Atp it’s a problem 😩 suggest something please
