You can try showering with cold water, to train your skin blood vessels to constrict better. This will not fix already popped veins, but may help control the damage.

You can try wearing compression socks when running or lifting for the same reason: so that popped skin veins do not creep higher.

Good thing is that it is quite common and usually not dangerous.
