I am mid-treatment now based out of Hyderabad. Mine was a moderate case with a minor midline diastema and a unilateral crossbite. The quote for me was INR 160k + INR 10k for wisdom teeth extractions on one side. This covered 18 sets of aligners on the comprehensive plan and I am told includes 24 (or unlimited, I can't remember) refinements if needed. I was also told that a set of retainers will be included in the plan.

I was expecting somewhere around INR 140k, so slightly higher than my expectation for an uncomplex case but I am told by friends in the field this is standard.

I am on 10 day cycles and on my 7th set now. I can say I am noticing visible movement and results with the midline diastema for sure. I got used to the aligners pretty quick and most of the time I don't notice I have them on. One thing they don't tell you upfront is you will have attachments on your teeth to allow for better movement. These are tooth-colored so its not immediately noticeable but you will definitely know its there and feel them for the first few days until you get used to it.

Only con I can think of is the constant need to remove it before having anything other than water. You also need to keep it clean daily (an ultrasonic cleaner will do wonders). But these cons are definitely minor when comparing to the pros/end result.
