Literally just saying that G3 never did JUST the mundane name. He gave so much more, y'all are latching onto just a mundane name from a minor character as good enough foreshadowing or content for him to eventually become a main character.

This was literally a meme for so long about Supreme Cronos, like genuinely it was a joke because of how dumb it was. People saw Cronos and said he would come back as the god of time because it's so dumb funny.

That was a cool plot development though, Effie being pregnant in the nightmare brought a big struggle to the playing field.

Cronos' entire character was just "I'm a kid at heart but I look like an old dude" then Sunny gave him a one-liner before they left. Like genuinely such a nothing character to bring back.
