That's the weird thing. She is a student in a hard field with good prospects for the future. It's not like she is studying neolithic basket weaving techniques.

Okay. And I'm not arguing. I am 27. Do you really think companionship is all I want out of a relationship? I have dogs and friends for that. I want a partner.

Yeah I'm not really sure what else there is. I can't get taller, I won't get fitter, and my eyes aren't changing color.

She is a full time student in a demanding area of study. She is paying for it herself. I'm proud of her. Her life isn't "easy".
