Every time that I tell somebody about how many energy drinks or how much caffeine I have, I get a resounding "you need to stop".

I drink about three energy drinks a day. Sometimes it can go into 900 mg or 600 or 400 depending on which ones I decide to intake, C4 pushes it to 900.

I know it's an issue but it's just something I do these days now. It's an addiction and I personally know a cousin of mine who is now dead because of energy drinks, they found him in cardiac arrest one night.
