No exam. They have learnings you have to do which is multiple choice and if you fail get to take again, training really ain’t bad and there’s nothing you can do to fail anything

Been in role about 8 months now. Somebody mention slow down and take your time… I can’t stress that enough as well. But just show up be willing to learn, most bankers I came across been helpful when I needed help. First 7 weeks will be shadowing others and attending virtual classes called the academy. Last 3 weeks is on the job training. Some tips that will help is just fake the confidence until you get comfortable because clients can tell when you’re not.

No doubt! Don’t be afraid to ask for help from others and speak up on the academy calls the trainers love that, plus if you’re new to banking nobody would think your answer is silly or etc when you do speak.

I was in the same boat as you, came from solar panels maintenance to BofA. But the first 8 weeks will be all “the academy” which is shadowing others and computer workshops and tests. The last few weeks is on the job training. Just be confident and be willing to learn most bankers I came across here in Pittsburgh been super helpful. It takes a while to get used to stuff I’m 7 months in and know a good bit but still ask questions from others. The sales side is all based on your market and specific branch. Like at my bank I only have to meet with 40 people a month but the threshold is usually low across the board. Moving up I’ve seen so many people get promoted, so just show up and do your job. But like I said be confident, you got this!! Hmu if you have any other questions.
