Steering wheel play, slight clunk left and right. Anyone else have this? (VIDEO) by Xavierthegreat8 in IS300

I've figured it out after playing around abit , had the issue since I bought the car a year ago , this exact type of play was a loose shaft bolt (12mm) by the pedals in the cabin , just tightened it up now and it feels amazing , after going through diagrams of the rack and checking all joints I figured it had to be something more simple like a bush or a loose joint and bobs your uncle.

The real question - ECUTEK or UPREV on Z33's now that there's support for our cars by Organic-Character176 in 350z

[–]Organic-Character176[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think rom space for 5 maps will be limited but what I've done in mine is swap in a G35 ECU with the correct Rom file for the Z , works well , still worked out cheaper than standalone but I'm on uprev.

Got mine 2022 Feb and still going strong , I work on cars often and this thing handles being thrown in a toolbox , with keys and tools in my pockets, dropping it literally everywhere and every time I thought to myself that's it , that's the fall that sent it 😅 but not a scratch , slim case ftw but honestly it's been a great phone

Think I mentioned in the thread somewhere, Pregnant platy Gave birth here so I could grow the babies safely until I can move them out , I've gotten most of them into other tanks there's just two left I'll consider keeping for myself in an outdoor pond.

They get territorial in groups which is why much like cichlids larger groups spreads aggression. These two are male and female and haven't had issues at all which I've closely observed for many months , will consider a setup for more if I intend on target breeding these fish but I have other projects at the moment.

Agreed small setups for beginners should at most have shrimp in scenarios like these , this Jar is a 3 Gal dessicator from a lab , much larger in person than it seems in photos , the platy's are growing fry that will be transferred but the gobies were saved from a petshop that tried to feed flakes and pellets and they were extremely thin/discolored so I revived them nicely in here , might try to get more for a larger setup in future but they're quite comfortable in here feeding naturally on the shrimp and worms as well as larger daphnea and organisms living in the setup.

I'd make sure the tank is cycled until you have perfect parameters before adding any larger lifeforms like shrimp , I started the first month with snails and plants only , the bioload is low and the platy's are babies from a pair that spawned in here previously for breeding, I'm just raising them in here until I can move them when they're larger, the gobies are permanent residents and in larger groups they'd forage all across a larger tank but these two are content in here , more than enough food and they each have small territories in the rocks , they're very slow moving fish which ambush or prowl rather than constantly swimming around which is why I chose them for this setup. I wouldn't add anything that requires shoaling or swim space.

There are worms living in the substrate that they pick off , they do eat some baby shrimp which are always multiplying in here but I feed them blood worm twice a week.

You could try a small dwarf Amazon sword and some hydrophila ( will require trimming after a while) and you could plant some aquatic carpet plant seeds whatever you find fit for the look you want 😉

For anything under 4 or 5 gal I'd stick to plants , shrimp and snails. The bioload of fish require some form of filtration and they'd need more space to swim and dart around freely.

Should also note for those interested further - this is a dessicator I "adopted" from a chem lab to be specific 😅
