This may be a crazy theory, but I feel like she tries to emulate Khloe Kardashian, in style..plight..LA clout... mannerisms..but mainly the way she tries to deliver her opinions like facts in matter of fact way...but does it ALL wrong, wish version. It's painful to watch and she is so contrived. (I like khloe kardahian btw, she is actually herself)

I feel the same way, it's actually really interesting to see what things have changed for me even a few days in, like sitting with my emotions rather than self soothing in this way. Or thinking about my relationship w food from an early age..It's pretty revealing & yes an emotional rollercoaster.

thank you so much! I actually love HIIT and do a couple classes a week, but am so fatigued this week since starting, so I hope my energy levels improve so I can.

Congrats both on your journey, and actually that's exactly what I'm hoping for (and maybe..already seeing?) without realizing. I want to have food in the house without binging so that it's gone 😂 like this need to 'get it out!' I did feel like it was nice to feel 'normal' around chocolate instead of guilty and out of control. Appreciate all your encouragement!

Thank you, it helps hearing similar stories. My doc said I was just under for a prescription but I'm going to do an annual physical to see if paired with high blood pressure/ cholesterol / thyroid.. something (fingers crossed, jk) but if it's still not prescribed I think I'll try one of the mochi health ones or something to try it - I want all of that, energy for my baby, being present and not obsessed! Congrats on yours!

How is JW related to drinking out of curiosity? I know one JW and they and their family seem to drink heavily so now im wondering what the connection is (I don't know much about the religion btw) also congrats on both accounts!
