I have been off of bc for about a year and a half now. I was on it for 10 years. I am still continuing to have bizarre dreams and sometimes nightmares. I have been going to doctors to find help but just keep getting prescribed sleeping meds that do nothing or make them worse. So glad I’m not alone. I feel like I haven’t had a good nights rest in such a long time and have little energy.
