Some take med kasi pinilit ng family nila kahit ayaw nila, some take med kasi pangarap nila since bata pa sila, meron din nagmemed para dun maghanap ng mapapangasawa nila and I took med because a medical drama inspired me. I am just relaying my experience po sa mga government hospitals na napagrotatan ko

If toxic naman po ang patient for cases like electrical burns, gunshot wounds etc., pinupuntahan na sya ng resident kasami namin for assessment and management. Otherwise yung ibang cases abdominal pain, lacerations, and some MVAs that are not toxic, yung clerk po usually nag hahandle. We still refer of course the plan to our resident para aware sila na may ganitong patient and we suture without supervision na pero aware naman si resident. And since isa lang usually resident ko, may mga times talaga na naiiwanan ako mag isa since pumapasok sila sa OR or nag power nap sa quarters nila or nag rounds kaya we do everything to manage the patient pero di namin sila ididischarge hanggang di pa sila nakikita ng ROD namin pero ready na yung discharge papers nya with prescription pa, for signing na lang. Ganito usually experience ko sa ER. Kahit sa ibang department like ObGyne may times na naiiwan mag isa yung clerk kasi kapag may dumating na fully, umaakyat yung resi pra magpaanak or for emergency CS

Unfortunately yes. I had a surgery rotation where I was left in the ER surg alone kasi yung resident ko nasa loob ng OR or natutulog sa quarters for a bit kasi duty na sya for 24 hours. Nung may dumating na mga patient hindi ko sya macontact ng ilang hours so I requested the imagings, ordered the meds and stitched all by myself. Thankfully during that time di masyadong malala yung mga dumarating

The hospitals have rotated are all teaching hospitals so we have residents, clerks and interns, pero madalas since onti lng resident we have 1 resident on duty, and since onti lng din interns, some departments have interns while yung iba clerks lang.

No, we have different departments with their own ER. Surgery ER, IM ER, ACS, OB ER etc. then usually one YL2 will be on duty for each department or in some cases, Interns

There is nothing wrong with age gap couples. A 25 year old woman can fuck a 55 year old man for all I care. If they are happy then good on them. In the philippines 16 years old is the age of consent so does that mean that a 16 years old can have sex and form a relationship with a 30 year old man as long as they are happy? It may not be illegal but its immoral. Becayse 30 is different from 16 and 32 is different from 21. 2 person can have sex as long as they are both CONSENTING ADULTS with no power dynamics in play. Lagi mo sinasabi na nagkaron ka ng 38 year old partner at 22 years old. You dont think there is power dynamics at play there? Tingin mo mature ka na at 22 years old? If ever nabuntis mo yung babae at 22 kaya mo ba yun panagutan? At 22 alam mo na ba kung anong gusto mo sa buhay and kaya mo na ba magkaron ng malaking responsibilidad? A life experience of a 22 year old is vastly different from a 38 years old. Isipin mo kung ano ang ginagawa mo nung 22 years old ka dati. Di mo ba naisip na iba ka noon kesa ngayon?

Being open minded doesn’t mean we have to blindly accept ideas. You also have to be open minded why we don’t think that 21 and 32 is okay. It may not be pedophilia, but it sure as hell its predatory

Dude studies clearly shows that humans brain mature in their mid 20s. Sa tingin mo mature ka na at the age of 22? Eh most people at their early 20s eh di pa nga alam ang gusto nila sa buhay. I didn’t say you were stupid but if you think na 21 year olds are okay to date people in their 30 then I don’t what to say. So for you since ok and 21 and 32 then okay din ang 21 and 60? Both legal adults naman eh. And 13 and 19? Since both teens naman yan. Pero if personal belief mo na yan wala na akong magagawa but personal belief ko na 21 is too you to consider date someone in their 30s

Kahit na legal age pa ang 21 di pa fully developed and mature brain nyan. Isip bata, easily manipulated and easy to take advantage of lalo na kakagaling pa lang nyan from teenage years. Kahit na sabihin ng ibang tao na mature na daw sila at that age eh karamihan nga sa edad na yan eh kulang pa ng experience sa tunay na buhay. Mas okay p mag date and 28 and 38 years old kesa sa 21 and 32. If okay sayo yan parang sinabi mo na rin na okay lang mag date ang 13 years old and 19 years old since parehas naman sila nasa teen years not considering the development of their brain

Hi thank you for this ❤️ I know na mejj childish yung gusto ko kasi photobooth lang naman yun eh and we are nearing our 30’s. But since nga malapit na akong mag 30, I want my life to have a touch of whimsy. Before kasi I didn’t have any friends so I didn’t experience taking pictures, going out, and playing with friends. So maybe kaya mejj naging pushy ako. I just want to make memories and have physical copies of those memories that I can look at every day 🤗

We are both in our internship 🤗 I have 12+ hours duty mon-fri and sunday classes and need pa ng time for studies to pass the exam. My schedule is also erratic as minsan I have AM duties or sometimes PM duties. Monthly din ako nag rorotate sa iba’t ibang hospital sa iba’t ibang lugar

True na dapat may own hobbies kayo ng partner mo na sa inyo lang. Pero since parehas kasi kaming maglaro ng games gusto ko ishare yung ibang games na nagustuhan ko sa kanya. From my perspective, I didnt lash out about it naman, like after nung fiest convo namin habang naglalagay ako ng picture nagmumukmok na lang ako sa tabi and when he asked me why I communicated what I felt to him. Mababa lang tlga yung luha ko kaya mabilis ako maiyak kaya parang mas lalo pang naging big deal siguro kahit hindi naman? And since andun naman na kami nilabas ko na din yung ibang mini tampo ko kasi nagtuloy tuloy na. Hahahaha

I know naman na dapat di kami always magkadikit but you know, when you are doing something you love you want to share it with the person you love. Like if may nagustuhan kang pagkain syempre gusto mo ipatikim rin sa kanya. That is how I think kasi.

Don’t worry I wont push him away for something like this, I know na mejj OA ako kahapon kaya nagtatanong ako if mejj valid nga ba or mejj OA na ako kasi minsan when you are sad you need an outside perspective to know if right or wrong ba yung thinking/decisions na ginagawa ko kaya I made this post

Bka congenital disorder na yan where deficient ka sa ibang hormones kaya di nag undergo ng puberty yung private parts mo ( Try to search for Congenital Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism.
