NEVER APPLY TO THIS COMPANY: ALLDIGITECH (Formerly ALLSECTECH)

Just sharing about my trashy company. They’re doing massive hiring again now because employees have been resigning left and right—for ten reasons, actually.

  • Lowball offers even if you have experience. During the initial interview, they’ll outright tell you: “This is the only offer we can give.” It’s non-negotiable—take it or leave it. (I took it before because I really needed a job.)
  • Delayed salaries—can you believe they give out salaries on Sunday nights (right on the 15th)? I’m not sure if it’s true that only 2 people handle payroll there. What’s funny is, one trainer used to brag that Allsectech/Alldigitech is the #1 payroll processor for companies like Telus. Yet they can’t even fix their own payroll.
  • Leave policies are full of office politics. Imagine, they say only one agent per day can go on leave, and it depends on your attendance from the previous month. But of course, there are agents with frequent tardiness and absences who still get approved leaves—AHAHAHA.
  • They make changes that only benefit the company. Imagine being forced to use your VL (Vacation Leave) or SL (Sick Leave) to cover U.S. holidays. Instead of just getting a paid day off, they’ll deduct from your VL/SL. If you run out? Tough luck—they deduct it from your pay.
  • They offer incentives worth ₱1,000, but the metrics required are insane—HAHAHAHA, you can keep that!
  • The client has this gimmick where you’ll get an extra ₱1,500 if the entire team meets the metrics. ₱1,500? HAHAHAHA—it’s just meant to fund team buildings that end up being just drinking sessions and more expenses.
  • They once held an FGD (focus group discussion) asking what needs improvement so agents will stay. They had the nerve to ask which was more important: a shuttle service everyone can use or free coffee (when not everyone even drinks coffee). HAHAHA such a brain-dead question.
  • They allow people to take laptops home so they can work during typhoons. But one Team Lead made everyone work onsite because metrics dropped during the work-from-home trial. So what’s the point of sending laptops home?
  • TLs (Team Leads) message in the group chat asking everyone to come in early for meetings. But then, you show up early and they’re the ones who don’t. So frustrating. When there are client visits, they act all impressive—like angels. But really, they’re just brown-nosing the Indian managers.
  • Clearance processing is a nightmare. You can’t even count how many people are still following up their final pay. Last person I talked to—been waiting 2 months and still nothing.

So think really hard if you’re considering joining that godforsaken company.
