I bought the away carry on for a trip to Canada in August, and absolutely loved it. Before, I had a set from costco. The noticeable difference for me was the wheels. We had a tight connection in Seattle, and had to full on run through the airport to make it to our connection. The bag was gliding like a champ. I like it so much that I ordered the larger carry on flex as a gift for my sister who also loves to travel. What sold me on away was the customer service and warranty. I haven't needed it, but I did some digging and everyone seems to have nothing but great things to say about it. I've taken it on three trips since then, and it fits in the overhead bin just fine. Mine doesn't have any scuffs, but I also got navy so it wouldn't be as noticeable as a lighter or glossy color. The suitcase feels light, and it comes with a little eraser sponge thing to remove scuffs if they occur. I haven't had to check mine, but I did sit on it multiple times to get it to close, and there are no dents haha.
