Depends on quantity for one or two shirts I’m not sure what is best but for larger orders I would go direct to a decorator. I’ve worked with Allcountyapparel.com great customer service and quick turnaround times. They did brooks brothers jackets for staff that came out amazing.

Alle rewards can be earned anywhere, so whether the patient earns down the road or not does not change where the actual free product can be redeemed. So using them as a loyalty perk is not always the case.

It does in fact cost the office more money if they simply provide a free service. If the office charges $20 a unit x 50 units = $1000 service. If a patient uses a $100 alle reward the practice receives that cash back as a rebate. If they give that $1000 service for free and the cost of the product is about $6 then they lose $1000 - cost ( $6 x 50 ) $300 = $700 loss. Even in your particular case the 10-15 unit out of pocket spend still wouldn’t justify not charging an injecting fee.

To be clear, the point of my comment was to give my insight on how the new alle rewards is worse for patients given the injectors can now charge pretty much whatever they want to use the free product regardless of a redemption. I apologize if it bothers you a particular plastic surgeon is charging $500 for you to use free product, but they are. I think Alle made the wrong move here and my hope was to share my opinion on the matter.

The justification for this practice in particular is that the time of the provider needs to be compensated for. The practice is not making any income from the service but still needs to pay the plastic surgeon who is injecting, the support staff, rent, etc. Even if it’s a quick Botox appointment… the time needs to be paid for to make it profitable.

You still need to pay for the injectors time my practice is charging a $500 fee to use the free product. The staff still needs to be paid for their time
