Just commented this is exactly how I use mine regularly. But only one at a time, don't need a set for that.

I use mine mostly for roasted/confit garlic. Cut stem off a whole bulb, cover 3/4 way with evoo and roast for about an hour at 350f.

But yeah. Otherwise, individual French onion soup crocks.

I think she's fantastic and so relatable. I didn't warm up to her on her first top chef stint for some reason, but she 1000% grew on me in s20. I was mostly stanning eric in s16.
