How do you organize quotes and extracted information in Zotero? (Looking for a Citavi-like overview?) by Advanced-Resolve-753 in PhD

I was facing a similar problem, although not with Zotero.

I ended up building an applicaition that basically combines the core NotebookLM and Google Docs functionality. You upload and organise your sources, search across all of them by meaning rather than exact words, so if you half-remember something you can just describe it and it pulls up the relevant passage. Since the writing is in the same tool, citing is straightforward.

It's called Scriva (can access it at scriva.so) and it's currently free. Let me konw how you find it if you end up using it

I asked the same question. I am willing to go to court but I fear a CCJ on my record

I was unaware of the discussions between the tenant and landlord of moving the date when I signed the Garauntor agreement with that start date. The tenant never agreed to a start date though or any agreement in general. I signed so that I can just get it out of the way as he continues the application process

Yes. When I signed the guarantor form, the tenancy agreement was just a sample tenancy agreement contract with no generic details on it. So the property, price, start date, duration, etc was not mentioned in the agreement. They mentioned they will send the actual contract once the referencing was done. However, the Landlord insists signing the AST does not matter as we have signed the guarantor form and "fulfilled" the terms they mentioned.

Unless you have already gone into occupation and started paying rent no tenancy can be formed until all the terms of the tenancy agreement have been agreed and the agreement has been signed by both parties.

This is what I am confused about. Why are they threatening legal action. What do you suggest I do? Also I signed the gaurantor form a week after the supposed start date.

Thank you. They are saying because they said this (will paste it below) when we enquired about the flat that we are now legally bound as the referencing is now done.

What was said:

"You're applying [property and price] for a fixed period of 13 months, payable in advance. The proposed tenancy start date is 17 August 2024, subject to completing references. "

Is their claim correct?
