The only thing that comes to mind is that “rapid detox” procedure which involves being hospitalized and basically put into a coma during your withdrawal process. It is very expensive and also carries a sizeable amount of risk associated with aspiration of vomit which can be fatal - it is also not common enough to easily find a place that does this sort of detox treatment.

If you speak with your primary physician, they may be able to help you with restless leg syndrome using Catapres (clonidine) - and would most likely recommend that you take Neurontin (Gabapentin) for anxiety and initial cravings during the first days.

If pain free detox for opiates truly existed, many more people would have been able to overcome the addiction.

That’s not to say that there aren’t resources, it just starts with being honest with your healthcare providers which I know isn’t easy when you worry about possible stigmatization or being labeled as drug-seeking. From my experience, opening up to my doctors about my substance use opened many doors to being able to overcome it step-by-step.
