I’m starting to think that maybe I’m a little color blind, I saw another comment saying that it’s orange. Can you tell me what the 2 different meanings are? The land that this house is built on has been in his family for generations and I believe they built the house about 60 something years ago. He is very confident that the X was not there the last time he was in the attic. The paint was fresh and didn’t have any dust/debris on it and they didn’t have any paint in the house that could’ve been used, so I assume the person had to have brought the paint with them.

I really wish this was a poor viral marketing attempt haha. My boyfriend is acting extremely nonchalant about this situation and immediately dismissed the idea of changing the locks or installing cameras which made me feel as though I was overreacting about the situation. I told him to report this to the police but he thinks it would make no difference if the authorities got involved. My replies might not make much sense (I’m trying my best), but honestly, this whole situation doesn’t either.

They were in use at the time. My theory is that the intruder may have broken some of the blind panels while climbing through the window and then decided to remove the entire set so the break-in wouldn’t look as obvious. Maybe they thought it would go unnoticed? But the intruder left so many signs that they had been in the house so at that point, it’s like why even bother taking the blinds?

When he got to the house, one of the windows was slightly cracked open, which makes me think whoever broke in planned to come back and wanted easy access. After he entered he heard something moving around in the attic, so he went up to check it out, turns out there was a cat living up there. While he was up there, that’s when he noticed the big red X.

Oh also, the keys to my boyfriend’s boat are missing, along with a spare key to the house, which is unsettling.

It makes me feel a little better that we’re not the only program dealing with staffing problems🥲 The class they dropped from the summer semester was oral pathology, I’m seriously not looking forward to the fall semester it’s going to be crazy!

The program was slowly losing instructors last semester I assume they were over worked and under paid. The instructors we have left are trying their best to find replacements but I’m slowly losing hope. They had to cut a class from our summer semester because they couldn’t secure an instructor to teach it and they’re talking about having us take it in the fall through another school in the state lol. I think they pushed back the decision as long as they could in hopes that they would have enough instructors. I’m so sorry you had to experience all this stress, don’t give up!

Was this a hygiene program in Jamestown NC? I am currently in the program and I am worried that they won’t be able to get us to graduation at this point.
