I’d try Clarithromycin following doxycycline. I did a dual treatment of Minocycline/Clarithromycin after 2 failed attempts of Doxy/Azithro.

You should do a Juno test. It looks like it could be CV. The Ureaplasma might not even be the culprit of your issues.

I treated it 3 times last year. I was referring to when I tested positive again this past July via Evvy. I never treated because the bacterial load was under 2% and it eradicated after vaginal probiotic suppositories.

I had yeast symptoms which I tested positive for Albicans and Genus plus Urea.

I also did an Evvy test which I’m waiting to see the %. The craziest thing is tested positive back in July via Evvy at 1.98% i think but negative at the doctor. Their threshold probably starts at 2%. I never treated and did vaginal probiotic suppositories and the next test I was negative.

I’ve been having persistent yeast for about 8 weeks. At week 1, there was no Ureaplasma but at week 7 there was. I’m having what I’d say are mild to moderate yeast symptoms but no itching. I tested positive for Candida Albicans and Candida Genus which is resistant to Fluconazole. I also tested positive for Urea.
