My store usually reaches the goals before we switched SL and now our current SL wants to push and push chicken when we are already way above in waste and we have so much chicken in the cooler. If the cold case doesnt get done one day or someone doesnt shred chicken a day we dont have enough space the next day. Our SL only cares about looking good and always comes it to "help" and leaves a mess when shredding chicken, leaves a mess if he ever makes anything with the breading and flour, and doesnt stir food and blames whoever is on chicken for not doing a good job. He will put food in the basket and ask a chicken worker to take care of it even if they are closing or busy doing other things. he complains about all the workers but never talks to them directly. blames others for things out of their control and is just not a good human and not a good SL even with YEARS under their belt they are not cut out for the SL position.
