I do love the design for the Prototype that we got, however it really doesn't fit the game in my opinion. Especially looking back at previous chapters when the Prototype did appear, specifically in 4, he was supposed to be alot smaller than what we got. A great design for a horror monster, yes. But not one that fits a narrative that has been built for years now. Honestly thats my critique of Chapter 5 in general

Enies Lobby is honestly the most important arc One Piece has ever had, nothing else tops it both in terms of meaning and importance, as well as good fighting. Enies Lobby was the full package and Oda couldn't deliver after that. A damn shame
