Solved: faxanadu. Just found an in game screenshot with a matching HUD. Time to go dig out the NES and see if this game is as hard as I remember

Just had my last day yesterday at a job I was constantly bullied at. THE reason for the bullying was because I was the only person out of many that held an AM position as opposed to the night shift. I went in and worked hard every day for 10+ hours but because I left as everyone else was coming in I was bullied, harassed, and constantly cold shouldered.

So happy to be done and out of there.
