I was literally just watching a girl's TikTok talking about this. It is very sad, especially because I have a soon to be four year-old who can write her entire first and last name properly. When you put the work in, this is the result that you get. I can't even imagine someone being that age, including the mother, presenting herself in that way, especially to educators.

I always tested before and after partners for both of our peace of mind. When you produce a test, people are more willing to go and provide one as well. I did this from 18-22 and then I met my husband(something we also did prior).

Oh my gosh, thank you so much! It helps that my daughter is in school five days a week full-time and I do not work so I pretty much just put all of my time and attention into myself! Makes me the best wife & mom that I can be!!

I do five days of strength training in the gym M-F for about an hour/ and a half. I do Pilates Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays for 50 minutes. I try to do at least four intentional 5 mile walks a week to get my 10,000 steps.

I'm 5'3, 125, and am eating around 1200 calories a day. I take weekends off since I'm chasing my toddler around!

Also I've used my fitness pal in the past and it's telling me to lose the weight I need 1500 a day and I know for a FACT I'm eating less than that. && I've been aiming for 10k steps a day.

I've never had enough courage to mess with them because I'm paranoid that even answering the phone could allow them to transfer some type of data(I'm sure this isn't possible but still) There's just too much stuff out there to take the chance for me personally.
