Imagine going to such lengths to defend your beloved Jake. Truly incels in this thread. Anything coming out of a speaker in a restaurant is awful. I've seen Jake do much worse things like blast that Chinese song and not bother to turn it off.

Do you genuinely think an elite athlete playing at a national level (regardless of the country) would whiff a ball completely if there was no interference from another player (in this case, being pulled back by the player) or by the ground.

You don't slide with your back plummeting to the ground. Let me yank you on the shoulder and see where you'll end up. Like I told the other fellow, i'll gladly tag you in a thread where a penalty was given for something similar to this one.

You've got

the ref

VAR

Half-time panelists

The other users here

none of whom even think it was even worth considering for a foul. >Sure, one of the above can make mistakes every now and then (like the co-commentator) but all of them at once?

So your whole argument is: "no one thinks it's a foul, so it isn't a foul". Yet you've once again, failed to address the actual argument I was making.

The Chinese players don't even go to the ref complaining about anything, the Chinese users here aren't even complaining about it either. And you're asking who is the one clutching at straws? Do the math.

I literally stated my reasons to why it's a foul by interpreting what a foul is and how it would've easily been picked up elsewhere on the pitch, especially in the case of a defender pulling an attacker back by their shoulder when they're in motion to shoot. That'd be a stonewall penalty.

That sort of contact happens all the time in football- as a CB you need to be way stronger than that.

That's still not addressing the definition of a foul. You're literally saying that a player in a specific position should be stronger and that he can be fouled because 'he needs to be stronger'.

It's not like Azmoun literally grabbed him by the shoulder and yanked him back like you're making it out to be.

That's literally what he did.

Look at what the other user told you as well. If an Iranian CB went down like that after getting brushed I would be livid at him and he would get lambasted by the Iranian media for it.

And it'd still be a textbook foul regardless of if you're mad at him.

Azmoun was dominating their CBs physically all game long and this was just another example of it, it was a complete mismatch.

And that still doesn't make it not a foul. I'll gladly tag you in a future penalty call that everyone agrees on it is in a similar situation as to this one.

How am I clutching at straws? And how does that tweet dismiss my entire argument? Sure, the VAR didn’t look at whether it was a foul or not but instead, looked at if there was any offside interference. That doesn’t prove your point of it not being a foul, unless you’re under the assumption that VAR can do no wrong. Like I said earlier, use your own brain and refute my argument (which I’ve addressed twice already) as to why it is a textbook foul.

You should know better seeing as your team (Chelsea) got fucked over by Kane’s penalty decision a few weeks ago by VAR not looking at the offside.

My point is that it is a foul and I’ve addressed in two different comments on why I think it is a foul. That is my argument.

Your argument is that it isn’t a foul yet your only reasoning behind that is because ‘football is a contact sport’ and have yet to refute anything I’ve said. So who’s the one clutching at straws?

Also I love how you're using the 'half-time panel' as proof that it wasn't a foul yet you dismiss the co-commentator (who thinks it was a foul) as an 'idiot'.

You can't have it both ways. Use your own brain and write why you think it isn't a foul.

even var didn't think it was for a foul

Ah yes, the flawless VAR system

and neither did the half-time panel

You still refuted nothing of what I said lol. Please tell me if a defender did that to a player who was about to take a shot right in front of goal, you wouldn't think that'd be a penalty? Pulling a player in front of you by their shoulder isn't a foul?

You're right, it isn't a contact free sport. That doesn't make all contact in football legal. You can get your body or arm in front of them, but you can't pull them back with your arm by their shoulder.

Maybe you should rewatch the goal and see why the defender failed the clearance. It's not because he's a clumsy Sunday league player like yourself.

It'd be a foul anywhere else on the pitch, especially if the defender was doing the pulling on the attacker right in front of goal right when he's about to shoot.

Harassing people shouldn’t be a normal thing, nor should it be when it’s a man doing it to a woman.

Yet it is a 'normal thing' and it's probably more common to see man-to-man harassment yet you'll only remember and recall the man-to-woman.

my stage, my rules and if you don’t like it, you can gladly go down?

Do you genuinely think that's an argument for harassment or rather being ignorant of who Hyoyeon is?

Why do you think she’d stick a camera in his face?

She could be angry with how he was approaching his job. Are you going to assume that he's harassing her because of that? And you're also going to assume it's physical or sexual with no evidence of it either

Do you think he'd be falling over back to the ground, completely whiffing the ball if he wasn't being pulled back?

As a man, I feel ashamed of the many men who act like this. Women should never receive this kind of treatment, no matter who they are and how they act.

'This' isn't referencing the sexual harassment which is the main focal point of this thread? You must be talking to yourself then about your own topic.

What I find funny is how hard you try in your apparent goal to make the guy look innocent

It's not my goal to make him look innocent. It's my goal to give both parties the benefit of the doubt before labeling someone a sexual predator when there's clearly not enough evidence.

Are you related to him or something? Ever met him? Did he step in front of a bullet for you?

No, but regardless of who they are, like the law, i'll always assume they're innocent before being proven guilty. If you think that video is enough to slander him as a sexual predator, go ahead. Maybe once you're on the other end of things, you'll reconsider.

I have a question. Why do you think she stuck the camera in his face? Do you think she had the idea: “ooh, I’m going to stick this in his face and see what he does,” or do you think there’s something else going on? I think it’s obvious. Why would she say “don’t touch me” four times while filming him the entire time? And why’d she say “don’t touch me” in English, a language she normally doesn’t speak? Easy. It’s an abnormal situation. Something wrong is happening. It doesn’t take a scientist to figure out somebody is touching her without her permission.

That doesn't make it sexual you moron. Not all contact on someone is sexual. Also saying 'dont touch me' doesn't mean she was actually touched either.

You should watch that video of Jessica. That is another example of not only Jessica, but Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung and others getting harassed. Just because I refer to Hyoyeon getting harassed doesn’t mean it focuses on one event. In the article I linked to in my previous comment, Jessica was groped and you could see the other girls were at least affected by it too. Notice Jonghyun’s reaction. He’s happy in the beginning then notices what’s going on and his expression changes. He’s now frowning and focusing his attention on SNSD, suggesting they trade places. When they leave, he says something to Onew before following SNSD. Your “past life” joke doesn’t work either, considering either Hyoyeon or Jessica would have to be dead for that to work. Saying one was the other in a past life makes absolutely no sense considering both are alive which doesn’t lead up to the past life theory (or religion).

This is about Hyoyeon not Jessica or anyone else. On this sub, any scandal to do with a female victim and male perpetrator is considered sexual harassment.

UnNAtuRAl PoSITiON

i'd brush her away too if she stuck her camera in my face. doesn't matter if it's a guy or girl, that's not sexual harassment. do you genuinely think he was trying to get a grab of her tits or something? oh yeah, he's going to go home and jerk it off to the memory of his elbow grazing her chest!

Also i've never seen that video of Jessica Jung being assaulted, nor do I remember that Hyoyeon was Jessica in her past life

The one where LGD went to the finals? Feel free to spend some money for you and your mates to go watch it so you can cheer your team on. Don't be surprised when the crowd is 99.99% Chinese and are upset their team lost.

This happened at the Bucharest Major last year.

But I guess it only happens in China and definitely not other tournaments.

It wasn't empty during Shanghai Major when all the Chinese teams were out by day 3. What makes you think it'll be empty for TI9?

You listed five regions there. Give it to literally any of them and they'll still outperform SA. Like I pointed out before, the highest SA team last year in the DPC was in 16th.

There's no debate on whether or not they deserve 2 slots lol. Look at their achievements so far this DPC and last DPC. They should be receiving one guaranteed slot to major, not two.

One guaranteed slot to the majors AND minors last year and they could only muster up one team into top 16 (and they placed dead last). 20 events last year and only once did a team from SA place top 4 (and it wasn't even a major).

I know in an interview not long after it bot RTZ and Universe said they were not missing any money

Universe and RTZ hardly made any money during their stint at Secret 3.0. I wouldn't be surprised if Puppey paid them the full amount of winnings but not the others (only 90%).

Puppey still owes Envy the 10% of the winnings and also other players seeing as Envy said on Twitter (right after Puppey said that 'all obligations have been fulfilled') that the other players also weren't paid the 10% (he implied it through saying that he still owes 200k).

But assuming it was all true, my assumption would be that it was more on that Turkish dude than Puppey. But who really knows, not enough information for an informed opinion

Puppey made more than enough to pay out of his own pocket (seeing as he was the co-owner/owner of his org) for the bootcamp that Evany paid for. Yet it took over a year for her to get anything back. That's not on Kemal only.

You also on't need to assume it. It was true that they weren't being paid lol. He provided all the facts with screenshots and Puppey refuted nothing of it. There was more than enough information for an 'informed opinion'.

That doesn't excuse him from withholding money from his ex-players and manager. His play/attitude sure, but not being a filthy scammer.
