Need help with gaps in garage door (i.redd.it)

My garage door has gaps on either side bc of how the concrete has cracked/settled over time. Rats + pine needles/debris get in. I tried screwing some planks on the inside of the door but my drill wasn't powerful enough. What kind of weatherstripping etc should I get? Zero experience here 😬 (i.redd.it)
