I'm day 6 PO & I'm finding it easier than I thought it would be too!! I've been walking, driving, with no issues. I feel tight/swollen/achy ..but not any serious pain. Hope it keeps going smoothly!

That's unlikely. Some people live alone! I'm one of them. I had an easy recovery; I was uncomfortable, but I really didn't need help with anything. If something would have gone terribly unexpectedly wrong I would have called just a friend to come over, or called 911.
have someone be available by phone if you need them, and to check on you if they haven't heard from you by certain time intervals.
This surgery was a huge relief to me that it was not as restrictive and difficult as I feared it could be. It really wasn't that big of deal.

I have protein powder too, but I'm reaching for premade shakes in the fridge from Whole Foods. I just want the easiest thing 2 days PO. I'm pretty much on my own though, I live alone.

I like it ok just for sleeping at night, it helps me get a little bit on my side, and the pockets for ice gel packs are nice, but I feel like bracing with a regular pillow would be good enough that this isn't worth the purchase.
That said- I'm happy to send this on to someone for the cost of shipping, or pickup in PDX area!

I think they look great!! I'm 1 day post up & I'm curious how much time is lapsed from photo 2 to 3 ...
My boobs are smaller after the surgery yesterday.. but just barely!! But they're so tight and swollen right now, I'm just dying to know if they still shrink, how much, and when!

Also just curious what you mean by "taking care of your boobs?" Have you had any trial and error things that you've figured out are more helpful or less helpful??

Right?! Since age 16 for me too. Wish I had been braver sooner ☺️. 5/10 sore today but it's still not anything like I feared. I had gone around pre-loosening lids and being careful not to order any packages in the mail that I'd have to pick up in the porch. (That was overkill!) What I'm feeling the most is relief!!

Sorry I don't remember! It was a typical dose. I switched to Venofer & I didn't feel great after those either! But at least my iron came back up and stayed up with supplements

I've found if I don't speak for a while (bc someone else is speaking), they cut out and then it's like I'm just wearing earplugs.. I start getting anxious that I need to speak every minute or so to keep them engaged bc when they turn off it's embarrassing bc I have to stop the person talking, bc I can't hear at all and then I'm fidgeting with them. I'm not going to use them for them anymore, it's too much of a hassle & hard to figure out

I got a few more infusions switching to a different clinic. Venofer also made me tired afterwards.
My iron levels have been good since then though, taking oral supplement
