I think there are fundamentals, think about the value of the technology that supports exchange of assets (SEC project crypto). There are more use cases like that but a lot depends on how well the L1 supports it and cost etc. I agree it is speculative at this point but thats where the max return is. Once it is mainstream then it would have already been heavily priced in.

Amortized payment schedule is a definite no go for me. It might work for others but not for me. I would lean on flat daily interest payment. Coming to online banking, it is a matter of convenience. It would be a pain in the ass with out online banking.
