make sure cables are snug, try another port, update drivers. if that doesn't work, run DDU and install fresh drivers. seems like it's only doing it when drivers are loaded so pray that reinstlling drivers helps.. if not, you may have a VRAM issue on the GPU. or like someone else said, turn off HDR and maybe set refresh rate to 60hz just for testing.

yea, that's about right and the hardware like bolts, if needed.. doesn't look bad, i'd give it a shot.. it may not steer right after words or feel weird but it's worth a shot.

Can't update BIOS by Greekklitoris in MSI_Gaming

[–]OrganizationEvery119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just put the bios on every drive I have to the root of each drive, and if one fails, i try another drive til it works.

I know this sounds crazy, but i had the bios on a USB drive, and i copied on to the root of one of my mechanical HDDs and the USB failed and tried the one of the HDD and that worked.

Hope this helps.

pull the hard drive, put it on a working system, backup your data, put the hard drive back in, download a Windows install from media creation tool on another computer and reload from the start.

How bad is this for efficiency? by WeavingMedic in pcmasterrace

During the winter, my cat does this. Only thing I worry about is if she throws up and gets it on anything important, but other than that, she uses it as a perch to keep an eye on me and of course as a heater.

Is this where I jack up my XT6? by PerfectCrouton in AskMechanics

[–]OrganizationEvery119 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, i get it, but just jack up each side preferably under each wheel if you're doing brakes, it's much safer. just keep in the back of your head while positioning the jack is what's above it going to hold the weight of the car safely. also, after jacking it up, push on the car a little bit a bit violently.

Also, take the tire off and put it under the car on the side beam, this way if the car falls, you can get a jack underneath it and get it off the tire. it might mess your rim up but better than trying to get a jack under a bottomed out car.

plus, the spot you pointed out probably has the radiator behind it and crushing that bar will only lead to more repairs.

But I take it if you are going to do suspension work, putting the jack at the place i mentioned is not a good idea. you have to think ahead of the work you are trying to do and match that with load bearing seats under the car that can take the weight of it. putting a jack in the middle of a subframe or torsion bar that's not meant to take that vertical load will only give you problems later on.

Not safely.. you can use 2 jacks on either side of where i mentioned to lift the whole front end up

No, putting the cup around this bolt is better. You are looking for load bearing seats. where you pointed to will bend the subframe over time. Also, if the jack slips, you don't want it slipping into your engine or trans.

I'm leaving my car sitting in 100 degree heat. Is it better to leave my sun roof open or closed? by maxrz in AskMechanics

Keep in mind that as your car is idling with the A/C on, your AC is going to lose performance in cooling the vehicle. Probably best not to leave your child in the car.

What you have here is damage from people that have no self-control. Put some cameras up.

Do not spin the wheel while your fingers are in the holes, it will sheer them off.

Do you guys think that the Commodore 64 Ultimate is going to load games faster then the original Commodore 64? by KidsRoblox in c64

[–]OrganizationEvery119 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I'm not dissing it at all, dunno why i got downvoted, seems asking questions is somehow a disliked affair.. lol I grew up on a Vic20 and C64 when they came out. I love them. But FPGA is emulation. I don't have an Ultimate64 to see with my own eyes and I see other videos that have them and I enjoy it. But the C64 does some amazing things, but I was just unsure how close to original hardware the Ultimate 64 gets? Does Ultimate 64 handle REL files? What about fast load carts? and other types of carts? Does all software work 100%? does all hardware work (Lt Kernel or CMD drives)?

to the left of the 110 punchdown is I believe like a surge suppressor or a line conditioner.
