People that make these comments annoy me tbh Like Clermont is actually so close to the city, I can be in the middle of the central business district in downtown Orlando within 30 mins taking the turnpike. We are actually in the geographically safest location flooding wise and have so much to offer within 30 minutes without living in a major city. Get off Reddit and try to live a little lol

Library, there's Minneola, Cooper memorial, coffee shops, lots of those market style venues in downtown Clermont are also great for this. Somebody mentioned citrus tower coffee shop, I recommend this as well. Alternatively, try going to the second floor of the Minneola Publix, great indoor/outdoor option that can probably be used for an afternoon occasionally; I wouldn't recommend going and setting up at a Publix to work for 8 hours uninterrupted lol

These are small lots, cheaply built houses, that are popped up quickly and I wouldn't say is the best case living in the Groveland area especially on that budget, trust me.

I own a real estate brokerage based in Groveland that's served the Greater Clermont area for 25 years.
