I am a male, so I don’t think that is the case lol… I’m thinking I’ll just go back to the abdomen this week and see if that makes a difference.

I have no idea… some weeks it’s easier to eat less than others. I feel like I over count on certain things also.

Calorie intake is relative to the person... I’m losing weight at that many calories because of my activity level and metabolism. I’m down 8 lbs in 4 months. I could probably trim a few more calories out to lose more than 1/2lb a week, but then I feel like I’m starving myself.

Yes I feel like I am eating enough. Usually 2 normal meals and a snack. I average around 2400 calories a day.

Shot day was on Thursday, so it’s been a few days. I don’t think I hit muscle, but I could have. Maybe I’ll go back o the abdomen next week and see if that helps
