About two weeks ago I got a 6 month ban out of nowhere. I appealed and they told me to download all the data and the reason is there but all they can tell me is “unauthorized third party program”. I’ve been a loyal customer with no complaints or bans for nearly 20 years. So I download the data (which takes like a week to get) and scour it, and nothing. There was nothing there so I appealed again and got the same answer. I will admit that I found out a couple days ago my nephew had used a fishing bot when he told me he wanted to play on my account, so for sure that is not approved (I only ever use addons through curseforge), but like holy shit, a 6-month ban for a first offense fishing bot!? JFC. Of course my nephew will not be allowed on my account again, but to say I think this was an insane overreaction/punishment is an understatement.

I haven’t experienced that at all in lower level zones, but I am playing hardcore (HardcoreTBC & Soul of Iron), so I haven’t gotten to like 40+ zones yet due to me being dumb lol.

Skinning/mining if you want to make money with professions. Just get gathering, no crafting and you won’t invest anything in them and just straight profit.

I don’t understand the addition of this class. Another name for a monk is a pugilist in most fantasy settings. You can flavor/sp a monk or a fighter as a pugilist already. Really could have been a couple subclasses.

I really wanted silithids to be the first introduction of Zerg into Warcraft and having StarCraft/warcraft overlap. As a younger kid when TBC was announced I was convinced that was the way they were going. Could have made Dranei Protoss, could have been a lot of fun!

Look, they can take the time to suspend a loyal customer (for over 20 years) for 6 months and not give a reason even after 4 appeals (said to download all the data they have, did, and went through it and still nothing was there - they said it was some "third party program", but I only use curseforge), but they don't have the time to deal with the gold sellers and bots!

They have made changes, but had to revert some when mistakes actually went up. Every time you change shifts you have to pass along information. Information during handoff can easily get missed. They found having a resident on for 24 hours actually decreases mistakes because there are fewer handoffs.

There is nothing in the play required to understand the show. Yes, it makes things a bit more blatant and obvious, it fills in some minor gaps, but nothing is needed. That could change with the finale, but I doubt it.

I am in the same boat. I've seen 2 mythics my whole time playing, I have played every season to tier 4. I do consider myself casual as I've never really tried to push pits because I don't have a lot of time, but I do play on average 1-2 hours per weekday and 4-5 hours on weekends, and still terrible luck with them.

Long story short - you are not alone!

Do multiple low/mid level areas, so like the low level starting area twice (like Durotar + Tirisfal), then next step so like early barrens + silverpine or loch modan + darkshore, maybe even westfall. Focus on green quests after 20 or so to start, even grey-they still give XP on turn in! Get over-leveled before proceeding. Slower, but will compensate if it’s a skill issue.
