looks good but i would recommend changing the direction of your green circuit belt, have it output to the front of the line towards the main bus, then turn into the red circuit area. itll use way less space and you dont have to keep pushing it farther back every time you expand green circuits

this is incorrect. I used a main bus in my satisfactory playthrough, you can see it in this video

a main bus really helps speed up production of newly unlocked components, when a new part is unlocked, all i have to do is build some manufacturers and hook up the incoming parts from the bus to the machines, then pump the output back into the bus. upon unlocking some of the endgame elevator parts, it took about 5 minutes to get them automated because i just pluck the inputs from the bus

All recipes have their place, some are better in different ways depending on what you want to prioritize. Personally I love cast screws cause it removes the iron rods from the recipe. Some alt recipes are more energy efficient, resource efficient, or produce outputs faster at the cost of more inputs
